In my first role inside a company, I evaluated the UI and UX of an upcoming PEGA platform leasing solution and justified my recommendations in a formal report, which confirmed my interest in interaction design.
It was also my first instance of industry exposure, and as such was the first time I was required to complete a set task inside a company, which became a valuable learning experience for me, particularly going forward into future roles and experiences. With more time, I would have tested my recommendations with the people who would be using the platform.
