I am a consultant in the KPMG CREATES team, with specialised skills in both design and AI. I use them to design digital products and, more often than not, to build them as well. My work spans consulting, a startup, enterprise and education. 02 EXPERIENCE. Consultant (Design & AI Specialised), KPMG CREATES (Strategy & Operations Consulting), Feb 2026 – Present. 01 UX/UI Designer — Member Experience for a Global Sporting Competition. Single-handedly developed the ideation for what the competition could implement or change to boost membership levels and activities, mapping each idea to established strategy pillars and recommending a level of prioritisation. Created a journey map alongside a more senior team member, conveying the ideal future state member experience. Developed low-fidelity paper prototypes, translated into mid-fidelity Figma prototypes following internal review. 02 Product Designer — Proprietary Compliance Tool & Agentic AI Tool. Joined an ongoing project to support upcoming targeted release deadlines, developing the UI screens in Figma and creating potential UX flows to be explored further. Created GitHub tickets conveying the ideas, designs and justification to developers, to ensure a smooth delivery. Conducted quality assurance testing of usability, so that findings could be reflected in future designs. 03 DX Strategist — Digital Experience Strategy for a Cancer NFP Charity (in progress). Conducted assessments of the current digital ecosystem, identifying and ideating opportunities for improvement, supported by market research into similar organisations, and presented these findings directly to the client. Supported 16 user research interviews with service users, supporters and referrers, for customer journey mapping. Contributed to a digital experience strategy tailored to the NFP’s sizing and resource capabilities. 04 Non-Engagement Work — Application of AI. Developed AI training materials and resources on best practice for utilising AI skills, delivered through a demonstration using KPMG’s proprietary AI tool, to upskill the Strategy & Operations Divisions of KPMG Consulting. Delivered this training and demo across all levels of employees, and for all of Australia. Frequently sought out by all levels of staff, including Directors and Partners, for AI tooling and data visualisation. UX/UI Designer, Centelon Solutions, Aug 2025 – Nov 2025. Single-handedly led the design solution for a zero-code platform, to support solution development of future designers and design concepts. Built a working proof of concept facilitating two-way conversion between Figma designs and Angular code, to accelerate the iterative process between design and development. Used ChatGPT to gather all requirements, then as a prompt engineer to have Replit build the proof of concept. Delivered remotely in under 4 months, and demonstrated the working PoC to my manager and senior executives. Design & Storytelling Mentor & Facilitator, Apple Foundation Program @UTS, Apr 2025 – Jan 2026. Selected as the sole graduate from my November 2024 UTS Startups Cohort to return as a mentor for future high school and university cohorts. Took initiative to lead and run the teaching for portions of the program, utilising existing and developing new design thinking and product design relevant skills. Assisted other mentors in the teaching and facilitation of the program. Supported students in their completion of the program.
